Verre Églomisé is the traditional art of reverse gilded and painted glass.

This 3-day intensive workshop emphasizes designing for this inspiring and special medium: not only the fundamental techniques of gilding for églomisé, but also the many effects that can be created with etching, painting, and finishing.

Lynne Rutter has been producing professional commissions in this medium for over 15 years and has expertise in gilding through extensive training and four decades of experience.

Decorative glass work has many artistic and useful applications such as table-tops, backsplashes, glass insets for cabinet doors, wall panels, mirrors, and so much more.
